Zoom 6 Hour Con Ed Class 4_24_25

Description

The previously scheduled in-person Con Ed classes for 4/23/25 (Roscommon class) and 4/24/25 (Gaylord class) have been canceled due to the low number of registrants.  The decision has been made to hold this class over Zoom on THURSDAY, APRIL 24TH from 10am to 4pm.  

The format of the class remains the same; 3 hours Legal, 1-hour Fair Housing, and 2 Elective hours instruction by Peter Banwell with the Real Estate Academy.  A 30 minute lunch break will be provided.  Class materials and the Zoom link will be sent via email the day before.

If you had registered for either of the in-person classes your registration will be transferred automatically to the Zoom class.  Should you no longer want to participate, please call the board office at 989.732.8226.

Seating is limited to 50 participants and a $50 charge will be applied to registered individuals that do not attend.
